Job Description
Develop and conceptualize the industrial relations framework in alignment with company policies and government regulations, including management commitment.
Resolve industrial relations issues between the company, employees, or third-party partners, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
Prepare and provide assistance to parties involved in labor-related matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to relevant laws.
Monitor and facilitate the implementation of internal work relationship programs between employees and management.
Evaluate the labor regulations and company regulations and socialize it to employees.
Conduct employee termination processes, including handling exit interviews, disputes, and labor issues.
Lead and manage employee engagement surveys and programs to enhance employee involvement and satisfaction within the organization.
Requirements
Job requirement:
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply or professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
Minimum bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 from Law.
Having knowledge in UU Ketenagakerjaan is a plus point.
Strong in assertive communication and analytical thinking.
Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgment, teamwork, and good time management.
