Set objectives for the HR team (Recruitment, OD, IR, C&B, GA, etc) and track progress.
Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
Review and approve or modify budgets.
Design and implement company policies.
Monitor key HR metrics.
Act as consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
Create detailed reports on HR costs.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools.
Address employees' queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations).
Responsible for all General Affair activity.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
Experience in designing compensation and benefit programs.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Leadership abilities.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be a plus.
At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably GM/Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
