Join the talented HR team at PT Astrindo Starvision as a full-time HR Generalist Staff. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to the organisation, ensuring the efficient and effective management of all HR-related functions.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with managers to understand and address their HR-related needs
• Administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Providing support for employee relations, training, and development initiatives
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
• Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all HR-related inquiries

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Consulting & Generalist HR role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR-related software and systems, including HRIS and payroll processing
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations within the local context
