Our Client from a Japanese Technology Company located in Jakarta is looking for an HR Generalist with the details:

Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (mandatory from a reputable university).

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & GA, with exposure to procurement and legal matters.

Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
  2. Experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
  3. Basic understanding of corporate legal affairs, contracts, and compliance.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Job Description:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
  3. Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  4. Maintain payroll processing, employee benefits, and attendance records.
  5. Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

General Affairs (GA) Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  2. Manage company assets, office supplies, and maintenance activities.
  3. Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.

Procurement Responsibilities:

  1. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and contract terms.
  2. Manage procurement activities, including purchase requests, approvals, and inventory control.
  3. Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Legal Responsibilities:

  1. Review, draft, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  2. Ensure company compliance with local labor laws, business regulations, and corporate policies.
  3. Liaise with legal consultants and government agencies as needed.
  4. Assist in handling business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
