HR General & Development Manager

Develop and create HR strategies including recruitment, performance management, employee relations.

Develop and create HR policies that maximize the human capital of the organization in accordance with the company’s strategy.

Develop and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practices that promote a high standard of performance to achieve the company’s corporate mission and goals by creating KPIs.

Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative.

Provide high-level advice, guidance, and management to the business on a full range of employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations issues.

Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relations, development and training, and compliance.

Perform HR administration such as payroll, employee agreements, sick leave permissions, leave permissions, etc.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of working experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager, Bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology is preferable or working experience as an HR Generalist.

Good knowledge of industrial relations, HR, general affairs, and administration.

People-oriented and results-driven.

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
