HR&GA Supervisor – Menara Jakarta

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – Preferably in Management, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration
• Work experience in HR & GA 2–5 years
• Employee Management – Managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance
• Industrial Relations – Understanding labor laws, BPJS (social security), and handling employee issues
• Office Facilities & Inventory Management – Overseeing company assets such as office supplies, vehicles, and equipment
• Communication & Negotiation – To interact effectively with employees, vendors, and management
• Administrative Management – Handling documents, records, and operational reports
• HR Software Proficiency – Experience with HRIS systems (Sunfish)
• Discipline & Attention to Detail – Since the role involves handling employee data and company assets
• Willing to be placed at Menara Jakarta – Central Jakarta
