Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law/Industrial Eng/Human Resources Management
2. Min. 3 years of experience as HR&GA Senior Staff/Supervisor level
3. Proficient to manage all HR&GA spectrum
4. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law and HR&GA best practices

Job Description:

1. Maintain employee records
2. Manage all employee administration, including attendance data, overtime, BPJS, and all data related to the payroll process
3. Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
4. Implement and develop HR policies and procedures
5. Oversee office administration including facilities management
6. Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed
