HR & GA Officer

We’re hiring an HR & GA Officer to join our growing team in Pancoran!
This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone passionate about people, processes, and bringing structure to a dynamic workplace. As our HR & GA Officer, you’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee administration, legal documentation, and office operations. You’ll work closely with both our people and management teams to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and screening to interviewing and hiring.
2. Administer employee payroll with knowledge of WHT Article 21 (Personal Income Tax).
3. Organize and maintain legal company documents (Notarial Deeds, Contracts, NIB, NPWP, etc.).
4. Take care of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration.
5. Manage internal schedules, meetings, and appointments to keep the team aligned and efficient.
6. Maintain structured and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
7. Support operational requests, check office supply needs, and coordinate orders when needed.
8. Oversee vehicle, building, and private insurance matters as part of general affairs responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

2. A digital-first mindset; tech-savvy and always open to smarter, faster ways of working.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re a people person at heart.
4. 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or other human capital–related fields.
5. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law.
6. Previous exposure to both HR and GA tasks is a big plus!
