Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in a conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Plan, develop, and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management.
  • Responsible for services of personnel administration including payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal, and transport expense.
  • Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal documents).
  • Organize, coordinate, and monitor the process of employee performance appraisal.
  • Administer and set processes for Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement, and Rehire.

Qualifications Required:

  • Age between 30-40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience as HR Manager.
  • Good knowledge about HR, especially in Industrial Relations.
  • Good leadership ability.
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang.
