Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in a conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies, and Procedures.
Plan, develop, and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management.
Responsible for services of personnel administration including payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal, and transport expense.
Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal documents).
Organize, coordinate, and monitor the process of employee performance appraisal.
Administer and set processes for Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement, and Rehire.
Qualifications Required:
Age between 30-40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum of 6 years experience as HR Manager.
Good knowledge about HR, especially in Industrial Relations.
