Managing the end-to-end people journey (recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, industrial relation, internal communication, organizational development & general affair)
Build and develop HR team, system, and tools
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Ensure manpower fulfillment both quality and quantity
Ensure compensation and benefit activity running well and provide its best services to employee
Planning and managing Human Resources budget
Develop a Performance Management program including set KPI
Design and implement organizational structure and job description and ensure all documents always updated.
Able to handle employee & industrial relation related issues independently
Ensure all company activity align with the latest regulation
Holding counseling for high motivating the employee to achieve company target
Maintain company assets, company cars, and other equipment and facilities
Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure
Initiating improvement for all area in Human Resources & General Affair
Requirement:
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Mature, Flexible, and also good in human relation skill
Must be both task & people oriented
Detail oriented person
Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
