Job Description

1. Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating to Compensation and Benefit, General Affairs, Recruitment & Selection, also participate in annual budget planning.
2. Make and prepare Salary Structure for all position and functions.
3. Prepare, manage, update, and analyse HR Policies and its procedures.
4. Knowledgeable in Industrial Relation area, familiar handle external parties such as Government (Depnaker/Disnaker) and Labor Union also build the harmonious relationship with the Management and employee.
5. Responsible to oversee and direct payroll activities and ensure compliance with laws and tax obligation.
6. Responsible to provide the best service in terms of general facilities such as transportation, telecommunication, uniforms etc.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Law or Human Resource Management or Psychology or others related background from reputable university.
2. Having minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources area with minimum 5 years as HR Manager.
3. Expertise in Salary Structure, ever participate to HR Consulting Firm is preferable.
4. Ever handle all matters in Industrial Relation, Labor Law, also Expatriate administration, its procedure and legacy.
