HR GA Division HEAD

Our client is One of the Biggest Consumer Goods based in South Sumatera & East Java. They are currently looking for HR GA Division Head who has experienced both HR Strategic and HR Operations.

• Manage in Recruitment (Resourcing & staffing), compensation & benefits (Payroll), Score Card KPI, training development, organization development, legal, industrial relation and providing best service to internal customers to create value to business performance and productivity to support the achievement of company strategic objective.

• Reporting to HR Director
• Open male or female, 38 – 45 years old.
• Min 12 years working experiences as a HR GA across various managerial roles within leading consumer good / manufacturing companies.
• In depth knowledge of Industrial relation, Labor law and HR Best Practice.
• Having experience to manage multiple a large team in the company.
• Strong analytical thinking and strong leadership skill & fast pace.
• Have a good leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills, a dedicated focus on achieving results, adeptness in problem solving, and a resolute ability to make strong, effective decisions.
• Location: South Sumatera & East Java.
