Job description

About Us:
PT Libero Lifestyle Indonesia is a digital technology brand specializing in audio and video industry. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that enhance home entertainment experience. Our product range includes top-tier audio equipment and visual technology designed to bring superior sound and cinematic quality into every home. Our primary sales channels include leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia including Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop. We cater to a broad market across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  2. Responsible for smooth onboarding process for new hires, including welcoming, introduction, and training.
  3. Create and handle employment contracts (PKWTT).
  4. Process monthly payroll including maintain employee attendance data.
  5. Process tax-related compliance (PPH21, PPN, etc).
  6. Assist financial administration including reimbursement, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  7. Responsible to employee relations matters (industrial relation).
  8. Create weekly and monthly HR reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in English is a must.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, payroll, and GA roles.
  4. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and tax regulations.
  5. Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
