Uru is a fast-growing fashion brand in Indonesia, dedicated to providing seamless, comfortable lingerie for female. Founded in 2024, our diverse and international team is committed to innovation and quality, with the vision of becoming Indonesia’s leading fashion brand.

We are currently looking for a HR & General Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our HR operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including office management and company events.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
• Assist in implementing company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively in English for internal and external HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and general affairs roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
