We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in compliance with labor laws.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Manage payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs to enhance employee development.
Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
Work with managers to create career growth opportunities for employees.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
HR certifications is a plus.
