Job Description

The Human Resources Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and collaborates with various departments to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, and business goals
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
• Guide the crafting of strategic HR programs for business subsidiaries

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
