Job description

GCM Hero Indonesia is currently looking for a HR Cum Personal Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents and needs for commissioner’s work or personal trips.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and personal activities of the BOD.
  • Help make payments for routine or non-routine expenses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Manage operational vehicles’ documents.
  • Distribute documents to and from users after being signed by the BOD.
  • Prepare meeting materials and record the minutes of the meeting.
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
  • Perform other duties as allocated.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from a reputable institution.
  • Has at least 2 years experience in the same position
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate, especially for MS. Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
