HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on handling employee relations, attendance, and records.
• Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Monitor and manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal processes.
• Foster employee engagement and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and initiatives.
• Prepare and present HR reports for management, including turnover, hiring, and employee satisfaction metrics.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist in strategic workforce planning to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinator role.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
