HR Compensation & Benefit Officer

The placement is at Kalbe subsidiary PT. Bifarma Adiluhung, located in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits
• Experience in tax calculations (PPh 21 TER) is essential
• Familiar with Government Regulation on Compensation & Benefit e.g regulation and implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPH 21), and also employee e-SPT
• Detail-oriented, Communicative, Analytical Thinking
• Excellent in using Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)

Job Description:

• Preparing and reconciling monthly payroll reports (salary, allowances, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh21, Health Insurance)
• Processing Payroll & PPh21 in HRIS
• Creating reports (Payroll, Headcount, Turnover)
• Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS
• Addressing all employee questions about compensation & benefits
• Communicating with third-party benefit providers
• Report PPh21 to CoreTax
