Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR C&B to manage payroll processes for our company. This role involves processing employee compensation, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of payroll systems, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Accurately process payroll, including recording, analysis, and payment for all employees, while preparing monthly payroll cost reports.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Collaborate with various departments to validate and reconcile all compensation-related transactions, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare comprehensive payroll reports to be submitted to the Finance Division for further processing.
  • Compliance and Tax Reporting: Calculate, process, and ensure the accurate reporting of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 for all employees, adhering to applicable regulations.
  • Taxation on Benefits: Maintain and calculate tax details for benefits in kind provided to employees, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Data Reconciliation: Reconcile headcount, salary, overtime, and incentive data between the employee database and payroll system, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive payroll information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Multitasking and Deadlines: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, ensuring smooth payroll operations and on-time submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) with strong knowledge of PivotTables and other analytical tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in payroll processing, ensuring no errors in data entry or payment calculations.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with excellent multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Location: Must be willing to relocate to Demak.
