Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
  2. 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Comben & Payroll
  3. Strong in data analyst skills and communication skills
  4. Familiar with Payroll processes and BPJS Health & Employment
  5. Knowledge of HRIS (Talenta)
  6. Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  7. Advanced Spreadsheet skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are a plus
  8. Available to join ASAP

Job Description:

  1. Ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date
  2. Process attendance for payroll
  3. Handle payroll for employees
  4. Create contracts and HR Letters
  5. Manage BPJS activation and deactivation
  6. Handle claim other health insurance/reimbursement
