Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in driving our human capital strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of all facets of HR, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Capital Strategy: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives that support business growth and talent management.
  • Negotiation: Effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on various HR-related matters.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • HR Analyst: Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
  • HR Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee or have a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to assigned business units, including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
