Job Title: HR Associate Bali

Job Type: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Regional HR Lead

Role Purpose:

Your main focus will be to manage all end-to-end HR processes for our Bali office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including rent payments, utility bills (electricity, internet), and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with Jakarta HR team to align on all HR processes.
  • Manage recruitment process of Bali team requirement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely payments and service delivery.
  • Manage office maintenance and repairs.
  • Support HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Management.
  • 2 years of experience as HR Generalist in a high-pace environment.
  • Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
