HR Assistant Section Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

Responsible for handling and managing HR functions, including employee and industrial relations. Importantly, they will ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive workplace environment.

• Analyze HR data related to employee surveys, yearly assessments, etc., to define organizational development needs.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
• Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues such as career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, employee representatives, and regulatory bodies to promote a harmonious workplace.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate industrial disputes and foster constructive dialogue between management and employees.
• Represent the organization in labor tribunal hearings, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to industrial relations.
• Stay updated on labor laws, industry standards, and government regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Provide training and guidance to management and supervisors on industrial relations practices and conflict resolution techniques.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of experience as HRGA with 3 years as Assistant Manager from any Manufacturing.
• Strong in Industrial Relation & Internal Employee Relation.
• Business English proficiency.
