Job Responsibilities:
Handling full HR spectrum such as recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits.
Familiar with Indonesia Labor Law, make contracts with staff.
Facilitate good communication among different levels of staff.
Ensure recruitment and selection of the right talents to the organization by establishing an effective recruitment and selection system.
Ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing an effective talent management program and succession planning.
Manage and ensure the employee database is accurate and up to date.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Well-versed in Indonesian Employment law and its context.
Understanding of payroll, HR legislation, processes, training, recruiting, social insurance, signing labor contracts, and experienced in HR data analysis is an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
