HR Assistant Manager - Makassar

About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Makassar, South Sulawesi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic growth and development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Overseeing employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Support to manage industrial relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labour laws
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change and development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and driving positive change
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
