Job description

  • Female, experience in HR Consultant (talent management) min 5 years.
  • Report to: HR Manager (Pak Oddy)

Additional Knowledge Requirements:

Ketrampilandan Pengetahuan / Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements.
  2. Knowledge and understanding about management system for environment, health and security (EHS).
  3. Good knowledge of the organization.
  4. Good understanding about recruitment and selection process.
  5. Good understanding about government regulation related to labor.
  6. Good understanding about the principles of training and development.
  7. Understand about theory and practice of Knowledge Management.
  8. Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
  9. Able to operate computer (e.g., MS Office and other supporting software).

Persyaratan psikologis / Psychological Requirements:

  1. Excellent in planning and organizing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting: Ensure that with each opportunity, we will inject talent into the company.
  2. Performance Management: Establish KPI’s to measure and control the progress and impact of this position.
  3. Development Programs: Create programs for different levels of the organization to support the vision, values, culture and strengthen effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Health Management: Foster an organization with a healthy lifestyle.
  5. Leisure Activities: Organize tournaments and competitions in cycling, badminton, etc.
  6. Organizational Renewal: Lead initiatives related to organizational culture change.

Periodical Duties:

  1. Yearly Training Plan: Mandatory training related to ISO, regulation, etc.
  2. Employee Survey: ECI.

Variable Duties:

  1. To accomplish any tasks given by superior.
