Job Description

1. Manage all licenses such as factories, sites, forklifts, etc.
2. Manage employee working time, payroll, etc.
3. Planning and implementation of CSR activities
4. Support negotiations with unions

Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required.
2. HR Assistant Managers need to be highly organized to manage employee records, schedules, and various HR tasks.
