Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in law
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
  3. Have a minimum HR Spv certification from BNSP
  4. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  5. Have a general K3, fire fighting and P3K expert certificate
  6. Technical skills:
  • Manage payroll in HRIS - Talenta Mekari
  • Review and draft work contracts and cooperation agreements
  • Manage employee recruitment and onboarding
  • Develop and implement employee training programs
  • Handle industrial relations and understand employment regulations
  • Have experience as a trainer within the company

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the payroll process accurately and in accordance with regulations
  2. Support HR management strategies to improve company efficiency
  3. Manage industrial relations issues, including negotiations
  4. Establish good communication with employees and management regarding HR policies
  5. Develop HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations
  6. Ensure document fulfillment in accordance with regulations related to internal compliance and good corporate governance
