Job description
Responsibilities:
Analyzes the recruitment process performance and prepares the recruitment dashboards.
Conducts recruitment and right placement in the company in order to achieve company’s targets.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Analyzes the cost per hire, time to hire, and recommends changes and improvements.
Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them.
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
CV screening and approaches candidates on job portals.
Conducts Candidate Clinical psychological assessments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master Degree in Clinical Psychology (S2)
- overseas graduates are welcome.
Minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment or Talent Management.
Familiar with assessment, psychological testing, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills.
Analytical Skills.
Communication Skills.
Eager to learn.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.
Able to adapt to changes in the organizational environment.
