Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes the recruitment process performance and prepares the recruitment dashboards.
  • Conducts recruitment and right placement in the company in order to achieve company’s targets.
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
  • Analyzes the cost per hire, time to hire, and recommends changes and improvements.
  • Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them.
  • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
  • CV screening and approaches candidates on job portals.
  • Conducts Candidate Clinical psychological assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master Degree in Clinical Psychology (S2) - overseas graduates are welcome.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment or Talent Management.
  • Familiar with assessment, psychological testing, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
  • Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.
  • Able to adapt to changes in the organizational environment.
