Job description

The HR & GA Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and general affairs to ensure efficient operations, compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and alignment with company objectives. This role involves managing recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training and development, and general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources:
  2. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, BPJS, tax compliance, and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  3. Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  4. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring alignment with business needs and maintaining an effective hiring process.
  5. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and guide managers in performance evaluations.
  6. Learning & Development: Develop and coordinate training programs in collaboration with HQ to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  7. HR Policies & Compliance: Establish, review, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and contracts in compliance with government regulations.
  8. HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  9. HR Budgeting: Forecast and manage the HR budget, optimizing costs while supporting organizational goals.
  10. Facility & Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations, including workspace maintenance, vendor management, and office supplies.
  11. Legal & Compliance Support: Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and company policies while providing legal opinions as required.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Law.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience as an HRGA Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
  3. Knowledge & Skills:
    1. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
    2. Experience managing payroll systems and benefits administration.
    3. Leadership, analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and in teams.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
    5. Excellent command of verbal and written English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Location: Willing to work in Tangerang.
