Job description

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)


Ensure administration process according to SOP.
Responsible for manpower fulfilment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening, and interviewing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
Support employee training and development initiatives.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR systems.
Conduct employee performance and competency assessments to support promotion and grading recommendations.
Support the company’s current and future business needs by enhancing employee engagement, development, and retention.
Facilitate and coordinate training courses for employees.
Perform administrative tasks related to human resources and office management.
Establish good relations with relevant government departments and handle issues related to government departments.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from a university, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related disciplines.
Work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
