Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive HR (Full Spectrum) & Admin Assistant Manager to join our Indonesia office. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, compliance, and efficient operation of the organisation's administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and have the ability to understand and converse in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources (HR):
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with Indonesian labour laws and corporate standards.
  • Handle payroll processing and calculation in-house, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement in accordance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, and leave entitlements, and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
  • Coordinate employee learning and development programmes to enhance organisational capabilities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, counselling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Legal & Compliance:
    • Ensure company compliance with local labour regulations and corporate governance standards.
    • Liaise with International HQ HR & Admin, legal consultants and government authorities for business-related legal documents/regulatory.
    • Handle the application and renewal of business licences, permits, and company registration documents.
    • Oversee office administration and facility management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Manage inventory of office supplies and company assets, and ensure timely procurement and maintenance services.
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers and manage contracts related to GA services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, and administration, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
    • Hands-on experience in payroll/tax calculation and benefits administration is a must.
    • Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
    • Strong integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
