Housekeeping Staff

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team at PT. BIA SENYUM SEHAT INDAH in Badung, Bali. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Restock and organise supplies in guest rooms and common areas
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
