About the job Housekeeping Coordinator (Pererenan, Full-Time)

Who We Are Looking For:

Person who will support the operation of the property with the main duties being:

  • Acknowledge our members in a friendly manner and follow up with the team on any housekeeping requests they would have.

Responsibilities include:

  • In charge of housekeeping team during shift & ensuring housekeeping daily tasks (room & general area cleaning) are completed, up to standard & in line with SOP.
  • Responsible for housekeeping scheduling under supervision of Direct Supervisor.
  • Proceed with the inventory by the agreed timeline for housekeeping needs (Chemical and Linen) and report to the Direct Supervisor.
  • Scheduling for room cleaning at coliving under supervision of Direct Supervisor.
  • Proceed with the inspection of all rooms after the room cleaning and update it on the agreed system.
  • Suggest a training schedule for housekeeping team to improve the performance to the Direct Supervisor.
  • Report any maintenance issues to Direct Supervisor.
  • Implement a cleaning as per checklist.
  • To inform the Direct Supervisor all work that has not been resolved by the previous shift to continue the unfinished work.
  • Provide inputs or suggestions for the care system and cleaning improvements.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
  • To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
  • Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
  • To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required within the contract.
  • The use of chemical agents as directed by the Operations Manager in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training.

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
  • Able to work with the team and also work individually.

Job Requirements:

  • Can be from any background (hospitality background is a plus).
  • Able to work and achieve KPI targets with minimum supervision.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.
  • English is a must.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Applicants for this position must be an Indonesian nationality and currently living in Bali.
