Your Role
As our Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the resort, restaurant, and spa.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and luxury concierges.
- Manage and optimize OTA partnerships and direct booking platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Owner to align sales goals with overall brand vision.
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and create actionable strategies.
- Ensure exceptional client relations and personalized guest experiences through tailored offerings.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a sales management role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury boutique resort.
- Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with OTAs, direct booking systems, and industry trends.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and guest experiences.
- Language: Advanced verbal and written English proficiency.
- Preferred Experience: Handling high-end clientele and international travel markets.
