We mostly operate with worldwide hotels; therefore, English skills in reading and technical writing are especially important in day-to-day tasks. The candidate must be able to read/write emails or letters in full English (such as this job description), and the ability to converse in English is definitely a plus.
The candidate must be able to work under pressure when required regarding booking deadlines. Prior experience is not required; however, this job is very timeline-oriented, therefore the candidate should have basic knowledge of time management and/or work organization skills, either from internship or campus assignments/activities. The candidate should also have basic critical thinking skills and be able to make decisions regarding time-sensitive issues that may arise.
Lastly, basic computer and typing skills are a must since we operate exclusively with personal computers. Work can be arranged to a mix of WFH and WFO.
We will prioritize candidates who are able to include a brief introduction in English to filter out proficiency, since this is very important to us.
