Hotel Manager for Sumatera Area

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead our hotel in the Sumatera region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
3. Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
4. Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
5. Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring efficient cost management.
6. Work closely with corporate office to align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality or related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager in a similar environment.
3. Proven track record of success in hotel operations and management.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Fluent in English.
