Job Description

• Creating and managing budgets for hospital operations and patient care services, including setting prices for services provided.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of new programs that support the mission of the hospital or medical center.
• Managing the operations of the hospital or medical center, such as reviewing patient care plans, monitoring staff performance, and evaluating clinical outcomes.
• Directing staff in the delivery of health care services and overseeing all administrative functions of a facility or department.
• Developing and implementing policies to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
• Establishing relationships with community leaders and government officials to promote public awareness of healthcare issues.
• Managing the hiring, firing, and training of hospital staff members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.

Requirements

• Experience minimum 3-4 years hospital background as Hospital Director or top management.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Excellent understanding of hospital quality and accreditation.
• Business and cost management and monitoring to plan budget.
