The scheduler is an onsite office position scheduled to work weekdays 8-4:30.
The Scheduler is a multifunctional position that is focused on the efficient scheduling of patient care services for field operations. The scheduler will support and have regular interaction with staff, patients, families, facility directors, physicians, and management. The Scheduler is expected to have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to audit and interpret data regularly. They must demonstrate exemplary customer service with staff and external contacts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, post-high school education preferred. Prefer LPN, CNA, or RMA license and a minimum of 3 years prior scheduling experience where directing others in a tactful and professional manner was regularly conducted. Ability to manage a multiple phone line operating system. Advanced technical/computer skills with the ability to use at least 3 or 4 different programs simultaneously. Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude. Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage relationships and have crucial conversations. Effective organization and time management skills. Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to keep up to date with policies, practices, and regulations.
