We are currently looking for:

Health & Safety Technician

Requirements:

1. Minimum Associate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering.
2. Understanding the rules and regulations related to occupational safety (K3 Law, SMK3, etc.).
3. Hold Certification in Ahli K3 Umum – KEMNAKER.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to act firmly in implementing regulations. Able to work independently and in a team.
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Passion to work in manufacturing related to the energy industry and a multi-cultural environment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supports Health and Safety function of the region ensuring that HESA management system is implemented as defined by Company requirements, procedures, and applicable legal regulations in all sites.
2. Participates with proper areas in the systematic identification, assessment, and control of hazards and risks.
3. Supports the implementation of the Company HESA procedures, ensuring these are properly issued, implemented, and updated, and prepares periodical reports.
4. Analyze statistics, trends, action plans, etc. Proposing corrective actions if needed.
5. Participates and supports the development of proper HESA training.
6. Participates in the company HESA committees and meetings.
7. Supports and assists Clients and other interested parties, analyzing their requirements and implementing changes, if needed.
8. Follows up on the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.
9. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence to all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
10. Protects from damage, theft, or misuse the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Work Location:

This position will be placed in Cilegon, Indonesia.
