Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major (Textile, Engineering, etc).
2. 5 years of experience in TQC (Total Quality Control) in a weaving polyester textile company or experience in all weaving production processes, quality control, and maintenance.
3. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with production workers, management, and other departments.
5. Communicate production goals, performance metrics, and updates to production workers and management team.
6. Placement at Purwakarta.
