Position: Sales Head

Location: Mumbai, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Qualifications: BSc or Chemical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 12 Years in API, Excipients, or Chemicals

Role Overview:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and shaping the company's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company's strategic planning.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  6. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, contributing to strategic expansion initiatives.
  7. Sales Operations: Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, while optimizing sales processes and tools for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the pharmaceutical, excipients, or chemical industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  4. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
