Head, Resilience Forestry

Review concept of Operational Security in Forestry.

Liaise closely with Forestry Leadership regarding the design of security systems.

Provide security advice.

Develop a series of security standards as guidelines to be followed by the Forestry design team.

Continuously review and research new technologies and systems that can provide security solutions.

Monitor Group-wide security incident frequency as well as crisis management and contingency planning.

Conduct and monitor annual internal security and safety audits across all Forestry.

Qualifications:

1. Experience around 10 years in a Senior position within Law.
2. Good knowledge in Security Management & Integrated System.
3. Good knowledge in Security Regulations, Security Risks Assessment, Security Analysis, Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluation.
4. Strong knowledge of forestry operations, equipment, and hazards.
5. Able to oversee Health, Safety, and Security.
6. Strong geographical knowledge, especially of Sumatra and Kalimantan.
7. Willing to be placed in Serpong.
8. Willing to do business travel to remote areas.
