Experience using Tour Plan is added advantage to manage the sales process and forecast sales
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

Job Description :

Overseeing and directing performance of the reservation sales team for MICE, Group Operation.
Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas (manage emails related to MICE groups and Leisure Groups inquiries to ensure that all leads are addressed).
Assess the requirements and the competition for each group lead before sending a proposal to the client.
Manage client's incentive trips, meeting, event and group travel requirements
Coordinate and manage extensive travel logistics, accommodation, transfers and ancillary services
Coordinate and negotiate budgets and source appropriate venues/destinations specific to the client's needs
Working with airlines, hotels, tour operators to develop various plans and itineraries
Coordinate both with business partners Agents overseas and suppliers on booking arrangement and quotation
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Recruiting and letting go of sales representatives
Analyzing the real-time and past data to improve performance levels
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service
Ability to think out of the box in creating and presenting new ideas and proposals
