Head of Sales (IT Consulting & Services)

On behalf of our client, a well-known IT Solutions & Services Company in Indonesia, we are looking to hire a Head of Sales position with details below:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Plan and manage budget, present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Lead and manage team members to reach the company's target.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
  • Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in government tendered projects is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a must.
  • Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
