On behalf of our client, a well-known IT Solutions & Services Company in Indonesia, we are looking to hire a Head of Sales position with details below:
Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Plan and manage budget, present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team.
Lead and manage team members to reach the company's target.
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience.
Experience in government tendered projects is a plus.
Experience in the technology industry is a must.
Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc.
Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
