Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Top Hospital Chain Provider. Our client is seeking for Head of Sales position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.



Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the hospital's insurance partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with insurance providers to maximize patient coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the patient admission process for insured patients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in healthcare insurance.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare sales, insurance partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the insurance industry and hospital-provider agreements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
