Key Responsibilities:

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the industrial chemical industry.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Strong network in the building materials and packaging industries.
Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Hands-on experience in handling P&L and business planning.
