Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the building materials and packaging sectors.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring strong performance and business development.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, setting sales targets and ensuring profitability.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand business reach.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the industrial chemical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong network in the building materials and packaging industries.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Hands-on experience in handling P&L and business planning.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya.
