The Head of Sales, Service & Loyalty is anExecutive management rolein House of Om, Bali, focused on driving Sales across the whole organisation.
This includes a variety of products such as:
- 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training (21 day, residential course) across Bali, India, and soon to be added Thailand
- 300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training (28 day, residential course) across India & Bali
- Yoga and Ayurveda retreats across Bali & India
- A number of upcoming projects including holistic health, well being and meditation products
The role focuses on driving Sales (Digital - Messaging based), post purchase customer service and building an all of life loyalty with House of Om. The role has a clear mandate for functional transformation and move to a globally distributed operating model; resulting in moving towards a holistic phone / video consultation based sales; and hence ability to move the product from a commodity positioning to premium offering.
Further, the role will be instrumental in designing and executing a post course loyalty program to drive a continued engagement with HOM community.
What You’ll Do
1.Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital web sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities in the relevant product and customer segment landscape.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimise sales strategies.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital sales initiatives.
2.Sales Optimisation & Growth:
- Drive online sales growth through effective training and coaching of Sales team members and ways of customer engagement
- Review and take part in improving the website user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction (by collaborating with marketing team)
- Manage and optimise the online product catalog, ensuring accurate and compelling product information.
3.Digital Marketing & Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilise data analytics to track campaign performance and optimise marketing efforts.
4.Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital web sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technology, customer service) to ensure seamless online operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
5.Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously monitor and improve website performance, including site speed, mobile optimisation, and accessibility.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of Professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital or phone-based sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and web analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Open to relocating to Ubud, Bali (or already here).
