RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure execution of quarterly and annual sales plans, consistently hitting KPIs.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Team Performance: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, maintaining motivation and efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Automate and refine CRM processes, improve scripts, and enhance conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key metrics (sales, conversions, revenue) to optimize performance.
- Client & Market Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key clients and align sales with market demands.
- Marketing Synergy: Collaborate on audience analysis and marketing initiatives to fuel sales growth.
- Budget & Compliance: Control expenses, maximize efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with annual revenues of at least $2,000,000 in Indonesia.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
- Experience working with major clients and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and remote work).
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary: From 10,000,000 to 20,000,000 IDR per month.
- Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for achieving main KPIs that allow double the basic salary.
